I have had the opportunity to work on teams with people of varying disciplines and levels in the development of hardware and software based projects. Additionally, I have been running IT support and building computers for friends and family as long as I can remember.

Currently, I am a graduate student at the University of Colorado Boulder, focused on embedded electronics for aerospace communications systems. I completed my undergraduate education at DigiPen Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, valedictorian (magna cum laude), dual minoring in physics and mathematics. Here I have taken coursework in mathematics, calculus based physics, and especially electronics and software engineering. Some examples of my work can be found here, and under the 'projects' tab of this site.

Outside engineering, I enjoy "hobbyist" electronics, playing and listening to music, reading, and writing. I play a number of stringed instruments, and have been part of both extracurricular and social musical groups, from jazz band to a progressive metal group. I am also enjoy game development, and have participated in several ludum dares.
